Hospital
Goals & Values
At Central Valley Veterinary Hospital, it is our goal to treat your
pet as a valued family member and to help you take the best possible
care of it. In keeping with this goal, we place a strong emphasis
on preventative medicine in the form of regular wellness visits and
vaccinations. We offer specific programs for each species, age group
and lifestyle of pet. Please ask us for more information on our Senior
Pet Care Programs.
|
Questions
Office policy or billing inquiries should be
directed to Laura Ashmore. General pet care or nutrition questions
can be answered by Jan or Sharen. Medical or surgical inquiries should
be directed to Dr. Lavroff or Dr. Rasmussen.
|
What
to bring on your office visits
For
everyone's convenience we ask that dogs be brought in on a leash and
cats in a carrying crate or Pet Kaddy (available at the clinic). Please
bring along all patient medical records and medications as well as
the name of your pet's current diet.
|
Quality
Diets
Yes, we sell pet food! We carry a wide range
of prescription diets as well as the full range of Medi-Cal diets
which we recommend over many store bought diets. Prices are comparable
to other premium pet shop brands. Please feel free to ask for a free
sample and pick up some information regarding your pet's nutritional
needs. Not all pet foods are equal. Even if you do not choose one
of our diets, we will be happy to recommend a good store bought diet.
